1. Who we are and agreeing to these terms

EndoPrompt (endoprompt.com) is run by Sheree Wynn, an individual based in California, USA ("EndoPrompt," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Not medical advice

EndoPrompt is for education and preparation only. The question form, articles, glossary, trial listings, plain-language summaries and emails are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using EndoPrompt doesn't create a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship. Always talk with a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, and don't delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read here.

3. The question form

The question form is a tool to help you organize your history and questions before an appointment. Your answers stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for what you enter, for keeping your device secure, and for deciding what to share with your providers. Clearing your browser data may erase saved answers; print or save a PDF if you want to keep a copy.

4. The clinical trial finder and alerts

• Information comes from public sources. Study listings come from ClinicalTrials.gov and are updated regularly, but they may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always confirm details with the study team or on ClinicalTrials.gov.
• Summaries may contain errors. Plain-language summaries are drafted with the help of an AI tool from the official listing and reviewed by a person, but they can still contain mistakes. The official listing and the study team are the authority.
• We don't decide who qualifies. Filters change which studies are shown, not who is eligible. Only a study's own team can decide whether you're a fit.
• No affiliation or referral fees. EndoPrompt isn't affiliated with any study, sponsor or research site and isn't paid to list or refer people to studies. A listing isn't an endorsement.
• Talk to your doctor. Joining a study is a medical decision. Discuss it with your own healthcare provider.

5. Emails

If you join the update list or set a trial alert, we'll email you as described when you sign up. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

6. Support payments

• Support payments are voluntary. EndoPrompt is free whether or not you pay, and a payment doesn't buy any product, service, membership or special access.
• EndoPrompt is not a registered charity or nonprofit, so support payments are not tax-deductible donations.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms. Stripe sends your receipt.
• Refunds: if you paid by mistake or were charged the wrong amount, email endoprompt@yahoo.com within 30 days and we'll refund it. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
• You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a payment.

7. Using the site responsibly

Please don't:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone;
• sign other people up for emails without their permission;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, our admin tools or our services;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk with automated tools, except as normal search engines do.

8. Our content

The EndoPrompt name, question prompt list, original writing and design are owned by Sheree Wynn. You're welcome to use, print and share the form and pages for your own care and to share with others for free, non-commercial purposes, with credit to EndoPrompt. Please don't sell them or republish them as your own. Clinical trial data from ClinicalTrials.gov and content from linked outside sources belong to their owners.

9. Outside links

We link to other websites, such as study pages and news sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

EndoPrompt is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EndoPrompt and Sheree Wynn won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decision you make based on information on the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Changes and ending access

We may update these terms or change or stop any part of the site. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms. We may limit access for anyone who misuses the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
