We can't give medical advice. For questions about your symptoms, diagnosis or treatment, please talk with your healthcare provider. If you think you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Common questions

A payment or refund

Stripe emails your receipt right after a support payment. If you paid by mistake or were charged the wrong amount, email us within 30 days with the email you used and the amount, and we'll refund it. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; it's usually faster.

Stopping emails

Every email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom that works in one click. If it doesn't, email us and we'll remove you.

Changing a trial alert

To change your location or distance, set a new alert on the Trial Alerts page and unsubscribe from the old one using the link in its email.

A question about a clinical trial

Each study page lists the study team's contact information. They're the only ones who can answer questions about eligibility, visits or costs. If a listing looks wrong or out of date, tell us and we'll check it.

Your information

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us from the address you used. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect, and what we never collect.

Accessibility

We want EndoPrompt to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and test the site regularly. If anything is hard to use or read, or you need the question form in another format, email us and we'll help. Please tell us the page and what happened.

Feedback and ideas

EndoPrompt is built by a patient, for patients. If something on the form could be clearer, a question is missing, or something isn't working, we'd love to hear it.
